locker hooked sheep

Hello! I promised I would post a pic of my finished locker hooked sheep. I used my Shetland’s wool roving for this project.

Here’s the ear detail. I often stitch-on an a free-standing ear to my sheepy work, to add a little whimsy/interest.

I’m not sure whether I’m still going to ‘applique’ it onto my wet felted wool piece…to make a larger wall hanging!??
